disappearing task bar

After coming out of hibernation - sometimes - the taskbar
does not appear. The only way I have found to get it
back is to reboot. Any suggestions welcome.

[if u still wana use hibernation]

is explorer.exe off? press CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to the
processes tab, if you do not see explorer.exe run by your
user, then click on file->new task(run) and type down
explorer.exe. be prepared to do this everytime if that's
the case.also u'll note that not all system tray icons
reapear when the first explorer task is ended
