Disappearing Quick Launch

I had a malware search bar on my taskbar and i used
adware to get rid of it. Now everytime i reboot or log on
the quick launch icon disappear and i have to reinstall
them by right clicking on the taskbar. Also now under
Start>All Programs i cant right click to get the options
menu. Please Help

This should fix the Quick Launch issue:

Simply download the REG file to your Desktop then double-click on it to merge it
into your Registry.

To resolve the QuickLaunch issue, correct the Userinit value as mentioned here:
