Disappearing Microsoft Office

I got called out to a friends who claimed that Word had disappeared from his
machine.

When I got there I checked the whole hard drive and discovered that the
whole of Microsoft Office had disappeared.

I have re-installed it but he has lost the most recent document files.

I am at a complete loss to explain it - he is fully protected with
Kaspersky.

If anyone can shed any light on this problem I would be most grateful - I
can only assume that a burglar broke in and deliberately uninstalled it!

Download and install Restoration or another Undelete program. The more
you use the hd with the deleted files, the more data you overwrite.
