Disappearing Meetings

At work we use Outlook 2000 and I can see my manager's mailbox as
well as my own. Twice this week I have sent updates on recurring
meetings in his calendar and when replies were received accepting or
declining, each response said the meeting was not in the calendar. The
original meeting had not only disappeared but could not be found e.g.
in the Deleted Items folder.

Any ideas?

Yes he does - although it was not in use at the time of the "incidents"
as he was on holiday abroad and it was switched off.

We've found that making more than four changes to a series causes meetings to
disappear.
