Disappearing Help & Support

I ran the program EasyCleaner, and now my Help and Support function is
gone...Anyone know how I can get this back? I tried running System Restore
and it failed...I have a feeling EasyCleaner dumped the files needed to
restore...

Is there a way to restore the Help and Support function, like a repair
option if I insert the XP CD and run from CDROM?

Any help would be appreciated...

Note: If you have used Easy Cleaner, there is a workaround that prevents
Help and Support from becoming corrupt:

In the options, add Help to the Skip List.

Keep in mind too that EZ has UNDO files. If problems arise, simple
double-click the ltest. It's in the Program
Files\ToniArts\EZCleaner\UNDO directory (folder).
