Disappearing Emails

I have setup a folder for saved emails on a users 98
machine running Office 2000. For some reason, rather
suddenly, the emails started disappearing from this folder
without being deleted. Any thoughts.

I would check to see if there are any rules setup to move the emails first.


Next, I would check the mail delivery location. The mail could be setup to deliver to a personal folder. If this is the case you would not be able to see the mail on the mailbox Exchange Server - asssuming you are using a Exchange.

The same would hold true if using multiple system to check email and the delivery locations are differet.
