disappearing email replies

I have an interesting problem. I have been receiving replies to emails where
the text that has been added on the reply is erased and all I can see is my
original message. I am using Outlook 2002 and have Norton Internet Security
2005 Antospyware edition.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

In fact I think I've heard of Norton causing this problem before. Try
disabling Norton, temporarily, as a test and see if hte problem occurs.
