Can someone tell me why the info. bubble disappears behind the quick-launch
bar after Windows XP Home has been running for awhile? And how do I fix it
without having to restart Windows? I looked on MS's web site, but I
couldn't find anything!

Thank you!

Hi Lunaray,

A common problem with no real, permanent solution. Logging off and back on
again can temporarily resolve it. It's caused by the sort order for the
desktop, and sometimes it gets confused as to what's supposed to be on top.
Use of the "show desktop" icon can frequently cause this, but it's not the
only reason.

Are you talking about the tooltips that sometimes appear behind the
taskbar? If yes, that is an old bug that was never fixed. With MS
focusing on their new operating system (Vista), don't look for this bug
to ever be fixed.
