There's been a lot of disucssion recently about the Microsoft Web
Servers having problems.... if that's the case try using a newsreader
instead of the web interface.
Drag and Drop ... is this a Microsoft Access Database Question?
If not, the web interface may have misled you into the wrong newsgroup.
