Disabling Word as outlook 2003 editor with GPO?

Guest

I have a program that does not like Word as the default email editor. I have
a GPO in place that changes the default editor to HTML/Outlook, but I cannot
get the check box next to 'Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail
messages" with the GPO. Am I missing something or is this something that is
not configurable with a GPO? Thank you.

The check box should appear on the same policy setting screen where you set the default editor. It's under the list of formats/editors.
