On the IE Properties click on Advanced and scroll to this option and uncheck it: [ ] Show Friendly URL. Close and see if that will help. or Folder Options >> View and scroll down to this check box and uncheck it: [ ] Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items. HTH. nass
