Disabling the Minimize Button

Hello once again. I was curious if there was a way, either
through thr registry or any other means, to disable the
Minimize button on the title bar. We have a system that we
want to disable this feature on simply because we do not
want to user to do anything else except use this specific
progam. I am already going to ise the SHELL= command in
the system.ini so that the desktop will not show on boot.

Gee... my local public library would like the answer to this tooo... some of
their public computers are set up this way... but they were shocked when I
simply used ALT+TAB to overcome that. :]
