Disabling the main Database Window?

Does anyone know of a way to diable the main database window and the table
tool bars such that they are hidden and users can't simply push the
Database Window button and it'll show up? Thanks!
 
Hi,

Main database window: Go to Tools - Startup and un-tick 'Display Database
Window'.

Toolbars : same place like above, you will have to create an own menu which
can be started there.

But be aware that if you push the shift key while opening the database this
will be ignored and the main database window is displayed again.

Somewhere was a posting here were it was described how to disable the shift
key thing during opening of a database, if i remember right.
