disabling properties from right click menu

I wish to disable just the properties option from the right clcik menu. I have locked the drop down menu on the form depending on who is logged into the database but users are still able to change the properties to unlock. I do not wish to disable the entire right click just properties.

Create your own Custom MenuBar with only commands you want and set it as the
Shortcut Menu Bar for your Form. You can set this in:

Form DesignView / Properties window / "Other" tab
