Disabling MSN messanger on most accounts?

How do I set it up so MSN Messanger is nor loaded, or at least
disabled, on certian accounts. This on a family PC, where only one
user uses Messandger, it is not me, and annoys me when it loads and
runs on my user and admin accounts.

Go into messengers options, preferences tab, uncheck: run windows messenger
when windows starts. Then put a shortcut to it in the users start menu that
does use it. It will only start for them now.
