Disabling Mouse Wheel

I'm trying to disable the mouse wheel on access forms.I've disabled
the vertical scrolling for my mouse wheel but the wheel continues
to work on access forms by moving to other records I want to disable
the mouse wheel while editing a record. How can I accomplish this??
