I am running XP Home with a DSL connection, dual
firewalled, intrusion detection, AV and the whole nine
yards, but am paranoid as a matter of course. What I
would like to do is disable the Local Area Connection
automatically when I log out and re-enable it when I log
in so that the firewall, etc. cannot be attacked unless I
am logged in.
One can right click on the icon under "Network
Connections" to disable/enable, so my question is what
command(s) would allow me to do this from a script?
Thanks in advance,
