Disabling IE for certain users...

I am in an organization that wants to limit who has access
to the internet. I tried to set a group policy that will
give them a bogis proxy server and disable their access to
the connection page. This does not work. Is there
another way to keep certain users from accessing the
internet.

Tim,

How exactly did you set this up. I have done this several
times and it works like a charm.

Can you post your procedure so that we can maybe see what
went astray?
