Close all instances of IE. 2. Start -> Run -> type in REGEDIT Click OK 3. Navigate to the Key below: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings 4. Right click on "Key" on right pane and choose delete. 5. Restart IE and disable the Content Password. Jerry
