disabling bios cacheing and shadowing

I would like to try to disable my bios memory options , to try and get rid of
the blue screen message, windows logon process has stopped etc.

These will be accessible at system start (often NOT at restart, only from
power-on). How you get to them depends on your system. Often it's
pressing DEL or F10 at start. You should see a message onscreen telling
you what key to press to get into system setup.

Thiers no option at atart up,you need to adjust for this in the BIOS itself.
Usually you can turn on or off,its that simple...
 
i cannot find bios? how do i do this?

Every machine is different - you'll have to read the manual that accompanied
your computer or if you don't have one, the website of the manufacturer of
you computer and find the owner's manual there for instructions on how to
get into the BIOS. Some machines it is the <DEL> key, others the <F10>, and
still others <F2>.
