Disabling ALL firewalls?

Can anybody tell me how to go about disabling all firewalls on my PC?
I have a Dell Demension 2400 Microsoft XP

First of all NEVER connect to the internet without a firewall.
You can disable the Windows Firewall:

For any other firewall check the help file of what ever firewall you
have installed.
