Disabled video email plug-in

I installed the video add in for Outlook 2003 and I used it a couple of time
and it seamed to be working correctly. Then one day my Outlook crashed and
on re-opening it I got a message that a plug-in had caused the error and it
was being disabled. Neither of the video buttons on Outlooks toolbar have
any function now. I have tried unloading and reloading the plug-in with no
results. I can not find the menu to re-enable the plug-in. Anyone out there
have any ideas?
 
Help-> Disabled Items
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> COMA
