disabled programs

using windows vista... tried to disable one program and disabled all of them.


How do i enable programs again.

Could you be more specific ? What do you mean by 'disable' ? What have you
done ? How ?

pulled up a list of programs from task bar, that was showing programs running
in background. instead of only checking the one i wanted to disable, i click
disable all. I don't know what i have done.
