Disabled Macro File

I purchased a new Dell computer last September 2002 with
Windows XP Professional. The software is Office XP Small
Business. My previous computer had Office 95. In the
previous version of Excel I created macros in a file
called LIBRARY.XLM. Excel opens the files in XLSTART
directory when starting. I put LIBRARY.XLM in the XLSTART
directory on my new computer. Starting Excel the file
opened and executed some macros automatically(i.e. Auto
Open). Something happened and the security disabled this
macro file. The file does not load automatically. The
only way to load this file is to open the file. This is a
pain in the butt since my working Excel spreadsheets are
in different directories. I would like to know how to
enable this macro file so Excel loads it automatically? I
checked many Helps on Disabling and Enabling Marcos but
have not found the answer.

xl2002 has a feature to disable workbooks if it thinks that there's something
terribly wrong with it. (You may have answered yes to the prompt without
realizing it. (I did that and searched forever, too.)

Maybe that happened to your workbook.

Click on Help|About MS Excel|Disabled Items

Is it there?
