Disabled DUN

I just upgraded for from Win2k to XP Pro. I am tring to
set up my DUN manually to my ISP. However I don't have
the option to choose "Use a Modem to connect to the
internet". That option is grayed out. Only
the "Broadband" option is active. HELP!!
