disabled by system admin?

I have a problem with two regestry entries that even after
i run Adaware 6 and quarantine and remove them 2min later
it is backI have run 3 different antivirus programs and
they pick up nothing having anything to do with them. when
they are active I cannot access taskman or my registry.
below is the description of it by Adaware. Any ??? thanks

You DO have a Virus!

It is a running process that 'kills' Taskmgr and regedit.
It will probably stop other processes also, and modifies
the registry as fast as you try to fix it.

I regret that I do not know what virus it may be.

You could try http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp and
see if you can identify it - you may need to detect other 'symptoms'
to assist in this!
