Disabled Add-in

How can I enable the BCM add-in?

The BCM menu has disappeared. I have selected Tools, Trust Centers, Add-ins
and found that the BCM add-in is listed as disabled. I double click and
check the box, but this does not allow me to see the menu or use the BCM
features. I reinstalled, but no change.

Can you check the load behavior value under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect.3
