disable system restore

I need to disable the system restore so that i can run a
program to clean out that darn worm
 
Right click My Computer, select Properties, System Restore. You can turn it
off there.

Easiest way is to press Enter, double click on my
computer, click on options, choose system restore from
pull downs, click to disable.
 
You shouldn't have to disable system restore to get rid
of the Blaster Worm, but if you need to, do this: go into
control panel, then system, then the restore tab and then
check the box "turn off all system restore points".
