When I start windows, there are lots of program showing up

disable them from start up, but I don't know how to
disable them from starting up in windows 2000.

Can some help me? My email is (e-mail address removed)

Firstly check within the application for an option. If none found use
your technique to find and disable from file and registry startup
locations.

Msconfig.exe (from XP) works on Windows 2000. Or another Startup
Manager of your choosing. Some listed at
http://lists.gpick.com/pages/Startup_Tools.htm
and elsewhere. Google for them.
