Disable sqlservr.exe

hello,

this process, sqlservr.exe is always running, even though i am not using
anything that requires an sql server. i looked in the services to set it to
manual, but don't see an option for it.
i would appreciate it, if someone could tell me the name of the service that
controls this.

Hi,

Some users have reported that it is listed in their startup folder, if so
remove it. And/or remove the runkey:
HKLM\..\Run: [MsmqIntCert] regsvr32 /s mqrt.dll
