Disable "Send pictures via E-mail" wizard

Is there any way (reg tweak, 3rd party app.) to disable the "Send pictures
via E-mail" wizard from popping up every time I right-click a picture and
select Sent To|Mail Recipient? EVERY TIME I send a picture I have to choose
"Keep the original sizes", and there is no option to either 1) set this as
the default action or, even better, disable this wizard altogether.

ANY help is much appreciated. For the record, I know this feature can be
restored using the "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll" at the Run prompt, but I don't want
to get it going again. I want to simply and exclusively disable this wizard.
