Disable Save As Options in Word 2002

Whenever I do a file Save As in MS Word 2002, and I save a file to a
location where the file already exists, it prompts me to choose replace
the file, Save Changes with a different name, or Merge the two
documents. While these options are helpful, I want just the simple Save
As feature that will allow me to switch locations and then say Yes to
Windows Explorer about saving the document. Any suggestions?

Short of programming a macro to do the task for you, there's no way I
know of to change this behavior. It was introduced because too many
people complained about accidentally overwriting there files. And, in my
experience, using Windows Explorer to create/copy/move files will NOT
simply let you overwrite an existing file, but always prompt you.
