Disable "safe boot" F8

We would like to disable the "safe boot" option on all the clients in our
network. Any ideas on how to disable the safebootmenu that comes on screen
afther pressing F8?

If you run an "intel" based board,you can edit such items useing the
"Integrator Tool",download it from intel....
 
We aren't running on Intel boards, so that won't be a solution. But is there
no way to remove this functionallity from Windows? I know that it can be
deleted from Windows XP Embedded by just removing the "safe boot" component.
