Disable Run command

Hi,

I need assistance with 2000 Windows Server, When a user is signed on, how can we diable access to the run command from the Start then to run command, Is this possible to deny access to users, but leave there for administrators.

any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Run gpedit.msc and check the many settings in there.
One of them lets you do just this. However . . . savvy
users can still use Explorer to navigate to where
cmd.exe resides, and run it to start a Command shell.
