Disable Read/Delivery Receipt

I have been searching for a way to disable users ability to request a read
and delivery receipts. We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. I am
deploying Office 2003 via Group Policy. Does anyone know of a way to do this
through Group Policy or through a registry entry? I found something pointing
to the following entry, but it does not work:

Key: HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Preferences
Value name: DeliveryReceipt
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled (default)

Any help is appreciated...

Thank you for the quick reply!! In the Office Resource kit it explains how
to set the initial options for an install for "When Outlook is asked to
respond to a read request". I want to stop internal users from requesting
them, but I would like to be able to specify certian users who can request
them.

it should work to set the policy key, but if not, the keys are at

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Preferences

I think policy is better because users can't change the setting, but logon
script can take care of that with each reboot.
