Disable printing headers and footers in IE7?

Working from an intranet site, it would be very nice to disable
printing headers and footers for a specific page, without relying on
the user to turn it off every time.

We are currently using the free meadScript activeX control to do
this in IE6. Is there a way to do this from the web page in IE7
without the activeX control?
