Disable Office #nline = it interrupts the opening of all docs.

Every time I open any Word or Excel file, up pops the office online. I must
say NO every time just to open the file. Help!
 
Turn off access to Office Online, and make use of offline help only.

In Word 2007, you'll find this option via Office button | Word Options. In
the Trust Center category, click Trust Center Settings. Click Privacy
Options, and clear the options that refer to Office Online.
