disable network link

when i start up google earth i get the message that states"the katrina
overlay service you are trying to download is discontinued..to get rid of
this message you must disable the network link that you downloaded"...i didnt
want to and didnt think i downloaded a network link..now this message is on
the woogle earth map and wont go away..i have tried to remove the google
earth program thru the add and remove program but when i redownload google
earth the message is still there..how can i get rid of this network
link...thanks

As for Katrina, the New Orleans airport was hit here two nights ago by a
tornado and caused even further damage.

kelly..i am a former resident of lakeview now living in houma....do you think
i have a taskbar problem?..what about the network link i downloaded ..how do
i disable it?
