an easy way would just be to buy a new computerbut of
course u need money to do that and to get money u need a
job and to get a job u need a brain which obviously u dont
have or else u wouldnt be posting on this forum

Jethro,
Depends on which OS you are using ...........
1) You can set your ActiveX option to "Prompt", however most users find this
annoying.
2) You could put "*.macromedia.com" (no quotes) into the "Restricted Zone"
in IE.
3) If XP you can restrict this via the Policy Editor.
4) You can use a HOSTS file that contains the entries to block "macromedia"
5) Some of the better pop-up blockers like AdShield can prevent flash ads.

In extreme cases you can prevent flash ads by adding the following entry to
the Registry.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX
Compatibility\{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}]
"Compatibility Flags"=dword:00000400

Note: always Export before editing.

How do i disable/uninstall macromedia/flash support?

You can try this also.

I made two shortcuts in my Links area under Internet Explorer, which
each run a command:

Flash On:

"C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\regsvr32.exe"
"C:\WinNT\System32\Macromed\Flash\swflash.ocx"

Flash Off:

"C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\regsvr32.exe"
"C:\WinNT\System32\Macromed\Flash\swflash.ocx" /u

(these are word wrapped for usenet, you must combine the two lines
back together, separated by a space)

Of course, if you're not running an NT-kernel OS, or if you installed
flash in a different directory you'll have to adjust the paths to
regsvr32.exe and swflash.ocx
