Disable Low resolution warning message

Hi,
In my project, the system is running at a low resolution in Windows XPE.
640x480.
But very time when the system boot up, there is a information box at the
lower right corner:

"Your computer's screen resolution and color depth are currently set to a
very low level. You can get a better picutre by increasing these settings. To
do this, click this ballon."

Is there any way I can get rid of this warning message?

When you click on the baloon and choose "do not display this message" and
choose no does it not then hide it?
