Disable left mouse key

I realise that it would only be of limited use, but is it
possible to disable the left mouse key and copy function
on a web page, or series of web pages (preferably the
whole site).

FYI, Right mouse button.

In your IE Address bar type:

? No Right Click JavaScript scripts

Will only limit folks that really do not want you content to start with.
