DISABLE LDAP DIALOG BOX

Everytime I open Outlook 2003 I get an error message that LDAP could not
connect. How can stop this dialog box from appearing every time?
 
Remove the LDAP Address Book provider from your account profile. (e.g. In
Outlook, select Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change existing directories
and address books > highlight the ldap address book provider and select
remove)

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select the LDAP server and click Remove.
