Outlook 2003 - LDAP Directory dialog box?

Hi,

Everytime I open Outlook 2003, I get this LDAP Directory dialog with a NULL
server and user name.

How can I get rid of it?

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select the LDAP service and click Remove.
