Disable internet?

Hi Guy's how dose one disabe the internet when the pc
conects through a router on the server I dont want this
new machine to connect to the net through the server is
there an option in explore or in gpedit.msc to diable the
net.?
 
Can you just lock out WAN access for this particular computer using a filter
in the router? That's seems to be the fastest way of solving the problem.
