Disable Iconise button

Hi, is there a way to disable the windows iconise button?
I mean the one of three buttons in the top right corner of any window
who reduces
a window to icon.
Is there program that intercepts mouse clicks on this button and
disable them?

They are called Windows buttons:
Minimize button
Maximize button
Close button
