disable format code view

Somehow I've turned on 'code view' (were all the formatting codes are seen on the document as your work). I haven't experienced this in a while but I know there's a way to turn it off

TR, pull down the Tools menu and select Options. On the View tab, uncheck
the "All" box under Formatting marks, then Click OK.
