Anyone know how to disable the F1 key

If I am guessing correctly, you wish to prevent
unauthorized access to BIOS setup on an IBM PC platform;
[other manufacturers use DEL key or F2 key for BIOS setup].

Well, if I am right then you should follow IBM's User's
Guide instructions regarding setting a security password
to prevent unauthorized access to the BIOS.

I have public computers, specialized kiosks that don't have normal internet
access
The F1 key is not needed, and gives them a back door to the internet through
