Disable "edit message" in outlook 2003

Is there a way to disable the menu item "edit message" during looking an
email in Oulook 2003?

Yes, you can use the OUTLK11.ADM file to set a policy that disables that
particular UI element. The command bar id for Edit > Edit Message is 5604.

OUTLK11.ADM file is from the Office Resource Kit. This can be downloaded
free of charge from the Microsoft Web Site.

Once you get the ADM file loaded into the Group Policy editor, go to:

User Configuration > Adminstrative Templates > Microsoft Outlook 2003 >
Disabled items in the user interface > Custom > Disabled command bars and
menu items.
