disable copy/save as command

How do I disable commands such as Copy, Save As, Print so
that users of a workbook cannot copy or save the contents
to another workbook?
Your suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Hi David

don't think you can do it in excel ... maybe distribute the excel file as a
pdf - not sure if you can disable printing there - but even if you did a
semi-determined person would just "print screen" and still end up with a
printable copy.
