Disable certain keyboard keystrokes

Hello...

I'll need a program that can disable certain keystrokes. Most
likely the F keys, and probably some others, such as home and
end, ctrl, alt.

Any suggestions? Win2k/XP.

The Wonderful Icon will do this, with its 'do nothing' function.
